Vision
Our vision is to be the preferred Lake Minnetonka destination for spa and salon services. Bella on the Bay has been shaped by a team of owners grounded in personal experience. Their partnership combines a unique blend of business skills, creative direction and a focus on outstanding customer service to create Bella on the Bay.
Husband and wife team Pamela and Kiko Cruz have 45 years of combined experience in the salon industry. Their careers have evolved from artistic directors at Glemby Daytons salons and Spalon Montage to stage and editorial work. They opened the highly successful Bella Salon in Edina eight years ago. With a strong passion for their craft, this couple acknowledges the need to share professionalism and strong creative direction with their teams.
Paula Johnson, a 30-plus year Fortune 100 business executive, is a world traveler who has incorporated her experience visiting spas around the world with her savvy business expertise to create Bella on the Bay. Bryce Johnson brings a strong business and marketing background gained from his multi-faceted career at 3M and now as CEO of Peptides International.
